Timeshare Resale Guarantee
This is the fine print on our timeshare agreement and we highlighted the important part for you:
The undersigned owner(s) grant(s) to TS Sales Team. (TST) permission to advertise the property on the internet and otherwise, to make information concerning the property available to potential buyers, renters, real estate agents, brokers and others. I/we agree that there is no guarantee that the property will sell or rent at any price or within a particular amount of time. The ad is for 12 months, renewable without charge upon written notification 30 days prior to expiration. If a Platinum ad is sold during the ad period in any way other than through TST within 50% of the original asking price, TST will refund 50% of the ad fee upon proof of a bona fide sale. If the property is rented during the ad period in any way other than through TST within 25% of the original asking price, TST will refund 50% of the ad fee upon proof of a bona fide rental. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable. An administrative fee of $49.95 is due from the property owner at the time of rental. Some closings may incur additional costs because of high (over $50.00) recording fees, complex tax forms (e.g. Hawaii or New York) resort transfer fees, courier fees and other unusual expenses. Any disputes between TST and owner(s) will be resolved by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida.
So, what this means to you is: if you sign up with us and at any point during the orginal ad period, you sell your timeshare without us or without using our services --- we will refund you 50% of the money you paid us, as long as you give us proof that you sold your timeshare within 50% of the original asking price.
And just so you know... with our Platinum Ad, you are free to use our attorney / closing department, even if the buyer does not contact us first.
To our knowledge, we're the only timeshare resale company that provides this type of refund.
