It is a beautiful deeded property at Attitash Mountain Village. It is
located in their newest division, Stoneybrook and was completed in
2012.
It is a fixed week: Week #41 (Columbus Day weekend most years) The
week runs from Sunday to Sunday. This is a high demand week in the
white mountains, as Fall foliage is at peak and the many shopping
outlets in North Conway are having their annual blowout sales. Pumpkin
festival is in full swing as well as many local Halloween activities.
Zip lines, hiking, biking and haunted chairlifts are located on site
as well as direct access to the NH Cog Railway and other activities
and historic sites.
The usage is available for this October.
The unit is a 2 bedroom (1 king and 2 doubles, plus a queen pull out
sofa), 2 full baths with additional attached studio lock out (1 king
and double pull out sofa) 1 full bath attached. Washer and dryer in
each unit.
This makes for a HUGE 3 bedroom, 3 full bath with 2 kitchens, 3
fireplaces, and can sleep up to 12 with 2 pull out queen sofas. We
often use one unit while renting out the other depending on the number
in our party, this makes for great income potential, and often will
generate enough to pay the annual maintenance fees.
The unit is located on the ground floor in a quiet wooded area with a
brook flowing through the back yard. It encompasses 1/4 of the entire
building.
