Sunisands Beach Club Resort is a quaint, seven unit timeshare resort set right on the glistening shores of New Smyrna Beach. The bottom unit at Sunisands has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and sleeps eight. It has a washer/dryer, garage, and its own wet bar. The other six units have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleep six. All units at this resort are ocean front and provide a private little piece of paradise that is all yours. Sunisands Beach Club features a pool and hot tub, reserved for use by resort guests only. With only seven units, the chances are good you may have the pool all to yourself. Steps from the resort is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and all of the activities that ocean front living allows. Surfing, scuba diving, sailing...you name it, it's there. New Smyrna Beach is a short drive from Daytona Beach, home to the Daytona International Speedway and fast-paced NASCAR action. If you prefer to soak in the tranquility and nature of the area, visit one of the many parks in and around New Smyrna Beach. Blue Spring State Park is a tourist favorite. The largest spring on the St. Johns River, Blue Spring is a designated Manatee Refuge and the winter home (mid-November through March) to a growing population of West Indian Manatees. The spring´s crystal clear, 73-degree water can be enjoyed by swimmers, snorkelers, and certified scuba divers.
