In almost every instance the salesperson will tell you they have a buyer or renter for your timeshare and eventually ask you for money. The sale or rental never occurs and you become a victim. The State of Florida has enacted new laws to protect timeshare owners from these scams. TST is fully compliant with these laws and choosing a company from the state of Florida is your best choice due to this legal protection.
TST will advertise your timeshare(s) on our website for a fee of $. If you choose our Platinum advertisement then our A+ and 5 Star rated affiliate closing company will close your sale. A $49.95 administrative fee is deducted from proceeds on a completed rental reservation. TST does guarantee to advertise but cannot guarantee how quickly or for how much an advertisement will actually sell or rent for. All advertised sale and or rental prices are set by the advertiser and or owner of the timeshare unit.

I/We understand the Platinum advertisement fee is non-refundable after the first ten days unless an advertisement is sold during the original 12 month advertising period in any way other than through TST within 50% of the original asking price, TST will refund 50% of the advertising fee upon proof of a bona fide sale, or if the property is rented during the original advertising period in any way other than through TST within 25% of the original asking price, TST will refund 50% of the advertising fee upon proof of a bona fide rental.

TST will provide timeshare advertising services pursuant to this contract. if TST represents that TST has an interested buyer and or renter for your timeshare interest, TST must and will provide you with the name and contact information of such interested buyer and or renter. You have an unwaivable right to cancel this contract for any reason within ten days after the date you sign the contract. To cancel, please notify TST in writing. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date sent and can be sent to 9200 N.W. 39th Avenue Suite 130 Gainesville, Florida 32606 or emailed to info@timesharesalesteam.com. Refunds will be made within five days after receipt of notice of cancellation. You are not obligated to pay TST any money unless you sign this contract and return it to TST.
Before signing this contract, you should carefully review your original timeshare purchase contract and other project documents to determine whether the developer has reserved a right of first refusal or other option to purchase your timeshare or to determine whether there are any restrictions or special conditions applicable to the resale or rental of you timeshare.
